Problems with Lee dispenser and H100

I've been able to throw Titegroup, HP-38 and Unique with no issues. I picked up some H100 today for my 357 and powder measure is throwing on the table out of left side. I tightened the Phillips screw up so that the handle is somewhat rough but still fuming out of the cylinder. Is this common for this powder? I've got a set of Lee dippers I used that are about .4 grain shy of the 18 grains I'm loading. Having to dip and use powder trickler verses my powder thrower. Loading on single stage so no big hurry. Have two throwers. One for rifle and one for handgun and they both are doing the same. The one for pistol is new.

Is it the original Lee Perfect Powder measure or the new one??

Also I am guessing it is H110 powder not 100?

Anyway H110 is a finer powder so these FAQ may help

If ir is new have you run a full hopper of powder through it? Turn rhe screw to allow a large charge of powder and just dump the powder in a bowl of some kind,

Yes it's the red original ppm thanks for that link. I opened and cleaned it. I'll run a full holder through it. It's works great with flake powders. Sorry yes 110. Typo on my phone.
