Problem with stock installation on AK

I got a Arsenal Stock set for my WASR.

It turns out the rear stock fits way too loose in the rear trunnion. I can see the rear trunnion is way bigger than the buttstocks mounting block.

Is it a good idea to tighten the fit using metal/plastic washers, or the sort? Or should I return the stock set?

first thing to do is make sure you got the right stock. if yours is too loose then I'd guess you have a 1mm stamped receiver, and you may have ordered a stock for a milled receiver or the 1.6mm stamped receiver.

if the stock you have is supposed to fit your gun return it and get another.
