Small .22 pistols are notoriously finicky about their fodder. Buy about five different types and have a range session to work out any possible problems and drop the loads that don't work. Might be a magazine problem also. Do you have another magazine? Third option is to go to the manufacturer although that almost always ends up a mixed blessing. They usually have less of a clue what's wrong than you do!
