OK, how 'bout this? If every gun-owning, freedom loving American that lives in a generally anti-gun state, like CA, MA, NJ, etc. deposits their census form in the circular file (and faces the possible $100 fine), while every gun-owning, freedom-loving American in general pro-gun states like southern and western states fills out the form and adds 2-10 "extra" people in their household (and risk the $500 fine), then the net result could be a new U.S. House of Reps apportionment for the next ten years that favors the pro-gun states. We could get potentially 5-10 more reps from pro-gun states, who will therefore likely themselves be pro-gun for 5 election cycles. Whaddya think?
