Back in August I posted about having a promag for my Sig p238 that didn't work. I called and they provided prepaid UPS labels for me to send it back and get a replacement. I did that THREE TIMES. After the third time I asked them if they could have someone test the mag before they sent it to me. The fourth mag they sent wasn't even the right mag, it was for a Springfield. Anyway the fourt Sig mag came today and finally it works. Customer service has paid all the "postage" and been very sympathetic an helpful. I have other promags that work just fine. Not sure I'll ever buy another.
