Private Party Sales

With all the shouting on this BBS about registration and 4473 forms etc., I am curious why no one has ever mentioned the possibility of legal private sales.

I found this site and am posting it for TFLers to check out.

In the movie The Cell, before the SWAT team goes to take down the BG, the cops say that the suspect doesn't have any guns registered to him. I thought they don't register firearms.
