I am looking at a Springfield Armory mil spec the is at a nearby shop priced at $375. it was used by a reinactor and hardly has any wear
 
Seem to be a decent price on the SA. Priced one of these new a couple weeks ago for about $450 plus tax. Don't think it's too out of line for a used in excellent condition one for the $375 you mentioned.
 
Back in 92

I bought my first Springfield Mil-Spec new for $379. Amazing that they've gone up that much.

But I'd buy it today for the price you listed.

My neck of the woods always seems to be a little higher than other parts of the country. Guess the extra money helps support all the stupid gun laws here! :rolleyes:

Anyway, bought a new SA parkerized mil-spec about a month ago and paid $489 on sale (reg. $529) at the local gun store.
 
The "Blue Book" shows $340 for a 95% SA mil-spec. ($390 for 98%). Sounds like you made a good deal to me.

I recently bought a like new but previously owned Sprinfield Armory 1911 chambered in 9mm Luger, for $250.00 and it included three new Colt 9mm Mags. The same guy sold me a Beretta 21A .22LR for $50.00 at the same time with a box of Stingers that he had bought when he bought the gun for his wife. She didn't like the gun so he sold it and his 1911 to me because he wanted something diffefrent. I ran the numbers and they weren't hot.
