Price on pre-ban Bushmaster?

I was wondering if anyone could give me a general price range on a Bushmaster XM15ES shorty with collapsing stock. It's in excellent condition, with 5 spare 30 round mags (3 with few if any rounds through them).
 
About three months ago, I saw a pre-ban Bushmaster in generic configuration (20" barrel, A-2 stock) and 6 - 30 rounds mags selling for $1495 here in Seattle. With configuration such as yours, you should be able to get at least $1700 for it (Colts are selling for at least $2000 in that configuration, here in Seattle).

I bought one identical to the one you're describing, 18 months ago, for $800.

I saw a NIB BM preban as you describe at the Indy 1500 this weekend. I think the price was $1600. When I walked past the talbe on sunday afternoon. It was gone. I assume the dealer got his price.
