A shop in my town in Santa Barbara has a Glock 30, standard sites, for $569. Is this a good price?

Noban, if your willing to make the trip down to L.A., B&B Sales in N. Hollywood regularly stocks them with two mags for $500. Ocassionally they are on sale at $450.
