Price of compact 1911?

I currently own a SA 1911-A1 full size and am interested in a compact model for concealed carry. What do prices run for either a SA Compact/Champion or Kimber Pro Carry?

Are Charles Daly pistols up to the quality of SA/Kimber? Thanks

Paid $500 for my SA ultra compact,at san antonio gun show.
Great gun,fun, accurate and hasnt failed to

SA really is the best thing going...
I hear a lot about Kimber - I even HAD a Kimber compact model that in the store, felt great - but was a poor shooter. Switched to a Springfield - have not looked back.

I think I paid $650 for my Kimber Ultra Carry. It's reliable and shoots better than I can.
