Price Check used Sig 229 Sport

I've recently seen 3 used Sig 229 Sports for sale in the local shops. The reason I keep hearing they were traded is the cost of .357 Sig ammo. If that's the case it's in my favor as they probably haven't been shot much and I reload .357 Sig anyway. Asking prices vary from a low of $800 to a high of $900. All three are in great shape with original case and all factory supplied materials.
My question for you good people is are these prices reasonable?

$800 is fine for a used one. Keep in mind that 9 months ago the gun was being sold to dealers NIB for $800 and 5 months ago for $900. I saw them not to long ago for $965 NIB on GunBroker.
