The guy selling it does his best to get people into shooting and seemed trustworthy, although I'd never met him. He arranges different shooting matches at a club just south of Columbus OH. Thanks for the feedback, I think I just needed to hear from someone else that it was as good a deal as I thought. It's my first big bore revolver so I had not idea what the "stuff" was worth. The gun itself was enough for me.
