Price check on S&W 66 4" P&R

Found a S&W 66 (no -NN after the mod. #) 4" pinned and recessed in excellent condition for $285. How does that price sound to you?

Good out here. I just looked at a new 66 and it was $509 at the "discount" place.

You can get them free at the Smith and Wesson sponsored ICORE matches. Well, maybe there is the match fee. My M66 cost $160 match fee and I didn't even place.

I just picked one up for 300. Made in 1984, 4 inch barrel, wood grips, about 95%. I thought I stole it. Your price sounds good.

It WILL find a new home. Let's hope that it's with you. I have a Model 66 4" like what you have described and it is a great gun. Here it is along with it's 2 1/2" brother.
