Price check on S&W 29

I've come across an old 5-screw S&W Model 29 that is in 85%+ condition with the original wood presentation case. The seller is asking $449. What do you think?

That is way off on price, here is a URL of gunlist go to that and check the prices there, we just purchased a 629 for just $350 which is in excellent cond. and it has a great action on it. Here is the URL www.collectit.net this is gunlist.

Page 1124 Blue Book of Gun Values (20th edition) lists the .44 mag (5 screw) pre model 29 at $575 for a 90% gun. Several variations are worth considerably more to the collector. If you just want a shooter, then get a later model used 29 for $300-$350
