Price Check - Kimber Classic

I saw a virtually like-new Kimber Classic in blue today for $589. I think that is a good price. Is it?

If it was blue, it's a Royal I believe. Custom Classic w/black coating in Phoenix area can be had for around $570. Think the Royal is at least a hundred more.
 
$589 is an excellent price. I had to look far and wide in Denver to get mine for $600.

There's no royal. It's either blued (black looking) or stainless.
 
That is a great price. The best I have ever gotten is a blued compact aluminum (with holster, 4 mags, a two mag holster, 25 rounds of defense ammo, and box the gun came in) for 500.

There is a Royal "model" Kimber. It is listed in their 2001 catalog. It has all the features of the Custom except it has a deep polished blue finish. It also comes standard with rosewood grips.
