You're probably looking at 650$ for that gun in some neighborhoods.

Blue Book has base price of $725 for a 100% gun. Add $100 for Siglite factory night sights. Add $46 more for factory two tone finish for a total of $871.

Your not far from me, being located in KY, so prices should be similar. I've seen that gun priced from $640-$675. The nightsights are a $100 option no matter what.
