What is the going rate for one of these pistols NIB, with the standard blued finish, tangent sight, and one preban mag?

There are 3 variants of that AND

they have different NIB values. This stuff is from "The Blue Book of Gun Values" 22nd edition:

Tangent Rear Sight Slotted - The grip strap is slotted to accommodate a shoulder stock. Early pistols had "T" prefixes. Later pistols had spur hammers and are in the serial range 73XXXX-74XXXX.
100% - $1275
98% - $975
95% - $775
Add $150 if it has the T prefix.
Add $50 for original pouch and manual.
The book warns of fakes and to examine slot milling. Also look for the serial number in 3 places.


Tangent Capitan Polished Blue Finish. Imported '93-'00. 50-500 meter tangent rear sight and walnut grips.
100% - $610
98% - $500
95% - $400

Tangent Rear Sight Model - The others - Manufactured from '65-78. Approximately 7,000 imported. Pistols from '64-'69 are designated with T prefix. Pistols from '72-'76 had spur hammers and 69C-76C serial number prefixes.
100% - $725
98% - $625
95% - $525
Add $100 for T prefix
Add $50 for original pouch and manual.

HI-caps for the Browning are pretty cheap. I wouldn't let that affect you decision to buy.
