I went to this web site to see just who might be inthe race for the 08 Presidential Race.

After looking the list over I hope they can find better than that to choose from.

I didn't see a winner in the litter from eigther party.

Condoleeza Rice is a decent candidate, if she would run.

I think your mistake was in expecting to see a winner in the list.

That list is rather old.

Not the list.

The mistake for us is not so much looking for a winner on the list, but looking for one in either major party.
We really do NEED to elect a third party candidate in order to accomplish anything progressive, gun control or otherwise. The Republicans and Democrats have become so mired in their party competition that they have stagnated the American Government as a whole and parts of the economy also.
Time to stop the "lesser of two evils" and vote for who we REALLY want.
