Preferred Holsters

How do everybody. So this is a question I get asked pretty frequently. Which holster do you prefer to carry with? Well that is such a opinionated question. I can tell you have found a new one that I really like. It is super versatile and looks great. I just recently got a holster in Distressed Brown. Its actually a convertible holster which is really convenient for when the weather changes. Now I would love to see everyone's EDC and their opinions.

I have multiple other holsters from other makers. Nothing else compares.

Not the cheapest, by far. Not the best, I imagine. But a pretty fair compromise.
DeSantis. Great quality, at a fairly reasonable price.

I'm a big fan of minimalist holsters..use one of these for Glock 42 and -19

Raven Concealment Vanguard.

My every day carry OWB holster for my Colt New Agent 3" 1911 in 45ACP was made by R Grizzle Leather " the country boy " in mahogany. The holster doesn't look like it sounds . Don't know how to download pictures , it's the best holster I ever owned.

I'm fond of the Avenger style of leather OWB holsters. Most all good holster makers have one in their line up.

For leather IWB holsters I like the Summer Special style.

Recently I've become fond of Vedder LightTuck kydex IWB holsters. Reasonably priced and quick to ship. Hard to beat this combo. Comfortable to boot.

Have bought from one Holster maker only to date. (45 yrs) Milt Sparks of Boise Idaho. Holsters_ C/c leather _ off duty custom dress Belts and accessory's for/

Thank You , that's the one . Had a 10 week waiting time to get it but it was worth it , it fits my gun like a glove and with a Kore Essentials EDC belt you don't feel the weight . Thanks Again for taking the time for me to post the picture .

Sparks holsters are top shelf , I have the IWB rough side out holster . Also a good choice in holsters for concealment but not as comfortable as OWB for me .

Vedder make a nice appendix carry holster , I have one . Mostly carry OWB when ever I have to switch the others work just fine .

Bought one Uncle Mike's shoulder holster long ago. Everything else I make myself. No CCW up here, of course. That doesn't seem to slow holster sales much though.
One of the guys on a Canadian forum asked where he could get some brand of holsters here. The absolute last place anybody considered was Wal-Mart Canada. On-line only I think.

I gotta admit, I've fallen for some really crappy holster designs over the years, mainly because I was too reluctant to cough up the cost of a good one. Now comes along "conceal carry", and "holey underwear" my butt could be on the line here. I now have two Kirkpatrick belt holsters that I can draw from very smoothly, and elk hide lined so they protect my two "life insurance policies" and provide a smooth draw. I normally don't even need to snap the hold down strap when just walkin' about, as the wet molded design holds both pistols very well. Riding on the Harley, or Grizzly ATV, I feel better that the snap is employed:
