Preban ARs available in Russia but not here???

Evil features...
May be placed on guns for military, law enforcement, and export. Hence, the availability of ARs with flash suppressors (not muzzle brakes), collaspable stocks, and normal 30 round magazines. There's a moderator at ar15.com, Kuiper (der Fliegender Hollander), whose AR has all these evil features.

What preban? 
Here, we never had 'pre-ban' rifles or other stuff. We get the evil
export versions which tick off hoplophobes. Now these unthreaded
barrels start showing up here too, but the usual mod is to thread them
immediately to attach flash hiders et al.
Also mags never got banned here - we have these AR mags with the
scrimshaw 'For Government and Export Use only'.
I can't imagine how deep your jaws will drop once you see these mags.
But then, Switzerland is Switzerland, after all.
