Pre ban years?

Greetings. I have an L1A1 with an Entreprise receiver on a British lower. The receiver is dated 1993. Would that be considered a pre ban rifle? Thank you.

The ban was enacted on September 13, 1994 and only applied to weapons built after that date so yes, yours would be considered "pre-ban".

The AWB began in 1994, but there were some restrictions on imports as early as 1989. I'm no expert, so I do not know how that affects this gun.
