Stalker the link to the PPSA is down, however I believe that shoot to standard IPSC rules.

Go to www.ipsc.org or www.ipsc.org.au to download the rules.

You can also post on the BBS at www.IPSC.org.au Vince Pinto, a member of the IPSC world body who is in the Phillipines fairly often posts there most days.
