powerbelts in a flintlock?

I just a new flintlock with a 1 in 48 twist barrel, how good of accuracy do you think i would have with powerbelt, also which weight powerbelt do you think i would have the best luck with? any suggestions would be helpfull

A medium twist barrel will generally shoot better with a medium weight [or medium length conical].
I would start with a bullet closer to 240 grains.

This TC Break-O-Way sabot and 240 grain lead HP shot very accurately out of a nickeled 1 in 48" twist Traditions Deerhunter using 85 grains of Pyrodex P. It shot to the same POI as a patched round ball so no resighting in was necesary.
