Powder lot number location

ghost town

I have 6 1lb cans of IMR4350. Is there a lot number somewhere? Not sure I have a way to mix them all together. I don't want to work up a new load after every pound. Thoughts please.

Depends on how old they are. Some have lot numbers printed on the labels, but some have separate printed stickers. I would call Hodgdon and let them talk you through it.
(913) 362-9455.

The DuPont stuff I have, in older metal cans has the lot# (ink) stamped either on the back or the bottom of the can. Don't know about the newer stuff, I don't have any right now.

Look for it!

Look carefully at your container. The lot # could be a sticker on the bottom, or, a string of numbers.
Photo is IMR 8208 with # stamped.
