where can i purchase a powder coated bullet bullet for reloading my 38-55 and 375 win?looking for 376 and 377 dia.

The standard SAAMI groove diameter is 0.379 for 38-55. Missouri Bullet Company sells a 245 grains bullet in that diameter. You might want to see if it shoots in your narrower bore. It may size into it just fine.

Can't really advise for powder coated, but moly coated can be obtained from Bear Creek Supply, 255 gr sized to .377. They come bulked packed at 250 per box and prices are good. The only odd thing with ordering from Bear Creek is that it must be a phone order, 208-874-4322, so it helps to know what you want when phoning in. They do not have a website. I use a variety of their rifle bullets and find sizing and accuracy to be excellent. Too often I have found that standard sized and lubed bullets are under sized. The molys are not gas checked but that does not seem to be a disadvantage. You might want to Google moly coated bullets for information and what others have to say. I have a local source for the molys and the price has been about $40 for the .38-55s. They are FP in design.

I shoot both lead bullets in. 376 and. 377 in my JES marlin rebore and a ruger #3 with good results. I wanted to try some powder coated in thhose same dia but cant find any place that sells them.
I just purchased some 45 and 9mm coated bullets from Bayou Bullets. Good quality, good price. (I couldn't find all my powder coating stuff, so I just bought some 
).

It's incredibly easy to do it yourself, especially if you have a Harbor Freight nearby.
