Ported Makarov barrel.

Has anyone tried one of those ported barrels Federal Arms makes for the Makarov? If so, could you please post your comments? Is it worth the time and expense? I'd love to reduce the muzzle flip of my 9x18 Mak a bit to make follow-up shots more quickly.

Hmmm, perhaps not. I'll pose the same question over at http://makarov.com/ a site populated with people more likely to have had experience with this. TFL is a great site, but maybe my question was a bit too esoteric.
