Simple question. I ask because of the previous uncertainty with regard to Iraq and WMD. I'm curious to see if "we the people" believe that Iran is working on Nukes or not.

I have no hard proof that they definitely have or are in the midst of producing nuclear weapons. I haven't been to Iran in around 30 years.

Based on comments made by the leadership of Iran, it would appear it is not unreasonable to construe that Iran may intend to produce nuclear weapons to achieve certain goals; namely total annihilation of Israel.

If I were an Israeli, I’d be very concerned, and rightly so.

Therefore I voted yes.

Reils49, I do not wish to create an argument here, but the fact is that Iraq did in fact have WMD'S, and there were some found not to long ago, but there were not a large stockpile as thought, I will give you that, but to say they did not have any, has to the best of anyone’s knowledge not been proven to be a fact, there were a lot of reports of trucks moving things out of Iraq before we went in and to date there has been no proof of what those trucks were moving, it is suspected that those weapons were moved to Syria, and to date there has been no proof that they were or not.

It is an open question, and the thing that really gets me, is everybody is saying that there were no WMD's in Iraq, when no-one really knows, I would hold out for the facts, not the talking heads take on what they think or decide to report is the facts without any proof any more than there is proof that there is the possibility of cache’s of weapons buried somewhere in the country, after all if they can burry a fighter jet in the desert what would stop them from burring a stockpile of weapons.

Of course they are NOT developing nuclear weapons. This is simply conjecture on our part. Our Intelligence says yes---and they are always wrong, so they can't be. Just another LIE created by Bush and the administration so we can go and get more oil and line the pockets of some more rich corporations and friends of Bush. Really, if Iran were developing nuclear weapons then don't you think the UN would do something about?!

And another one down the drain.

I'm not interested in wasting Staff time with another "Did not!--Did, too!--Did not!--Did too, and you're a poopyhead if you don't agree!" thread.
