HS Precision Savage stocks...Order NOW!!!!

For ALL you folks that own, want to, or thinking about it.....
That is buying a Savage Rifle..........
Then the best thing since sliced bread may be about to take place, BUT you need to go there, to the MAIN PAGE, and click on the PX.............
Send an E mail to Scott Powers..IF you want to vote on HS Precision making a stock /s for the 10FP, and /or 110FP rifles.
Other than the trigger on the Savage rifles...this as a lot of you know, is the WORST part of the system.
Many have WISHED for years for this to come about.......well, here's YOUR chance.

What a coincidence. Just the other day, I was lamenting the lack of replacement stocks for Savage rifles. The only decent looking replacement stock I've seen is made by Sharpshooter Supply and I've never actually seen one, just a picture on varminthunters.com.

I emailed Scott and thanked him for getting the ball rolling on this. Count me in for one of these stocks if they ever get made. I think if the price is kept below $300, they'll be able to sell lots of them.
 
Guys go to the DR, and read Scott's last post......

They are thinking along the line of a PSS type stock, maybe with an adjustable cheekpiece......give him your .02's.....HS will need a pre order of at least 250 stocks to go the expense of tooling up.
I imagine a standard PSS type stock will run around $250.00, with adj c piece, $300.00..just a guess.
BUT, this is the FIRST time ANY major stock maker has even THOUGHT about it.
So, tell all your bud's..............

You need to commit to one NOW........Scott has to have ORDERS in hand for 250 pieces....
Imagine the accuracy gains, using an HS stock with alum bedding block...not to mention a real STOCK!!!!

Some of the other boards any of you frequent, need to pass this along.....
I have listened to people gripe about Savage stocks for YEARS,,,and now is the day they have ALL been awaiting......
In the rifle world, this rates up there with Lindbergh's flight!!!

I would be curious to know how many people have emailed Scott Powers so far to get in on this. Tshoes, I got a reply from Scott Powers and he has added me to the "I WANT ONE!" list.

doesn't surprise me in the least....AR 15 .com, folks I assume would be as the site suggests.....AR 15 Purist's.
Most of them probably don't even own a bolt gun.....of ANY kind.
 
Ok, TShoes, now you got me interested in this one as well. Darn you, I really wanted a McMillan.

Anyone got any new information on the style of stock they might produce? How close are we to seeing this done?

I like the middle picture in Big Bear's post above, the HS Precision PST25 is what I would like to see done.

But I will probably purchase whatever they produce anyway.:p

This deal is REAL close.....IF Scott @ Sniper Country can get 250 ORDERS in hand, then HS (from my understanding) will produce the stocks......go to the website, and e mail Scott...he has all the details.( on the PX site)
I think the production stock will be very similar to a PSS stock............
Which ain'y too shabby.........;)
