Talk about short sighted. OK, let's not exhange guns so we can get them cheaper. And then let's sue the firearms manufacturers, that should raise the cost up as well. Pretty soon we'll have raised the cost so high that most people wont be able to afford firearms. Then some of those manufacturers will be out of business.
Then only the police will be able to purchase guns. Of course by then they may not be able to afford them either. At least until the next time they raise taxes.
