He's facing serious charges for what i do on a semi-daily basis, with the exception of crossing state lines.
That's sad

And to think, someone with no ill-intent who caused no harm and endangered no one is facing a prison term and all of the hardships that a serious felon would face in their lifetime.
 
Unfortunately he should have been aware of the gun laws in Massachusetts and known better than to transport weapons of any kind in that state.
 
"I hope he does not get two years in jail. I'm sure it will be all right, because I'm not in control, God's in control," she said.

Sadly that is what is wrong with a lot of society today...always trying to put "god" into the mix to handle things. God did not make the laws that has your son in jail on a 100k bond mom.
