Point Shooting Home Study Course

Thanks Matthew, for sharing your knowledge.

You are one of the true authorities here and everyone can benefit from your expertise.

Thanks

One of my big concerns about a confrontation is the time it takes to aim.

I plan on practicing the point and shoot at my local range this spring and appreciate the info.

Thank you for posting this. I am always looking for different methods to try. One of these days I will find the one that works the best for me.

:)

Another Thanks

The pointshooting website is fantastic. I appreciate your time and effort and look forward to getting your ouline.
Thanx

I tried it and found with a 1911 I cannot keep the grip safety compressed using the middle finger as a shooting finger. Besides, why can't one just point with their trigger finger as it's extended along the slide in it's proper position, then place it on the trigger to fire?

Luckily for me i'm a natural point shooter.I get 3 inch groups @10 yards consistently.I'm better at point shooting than aiming. Some very uselful info on those pages. Thanks for the links:D

Gentlemen...
I am providing information on WW2Applegate/Fairbairn/Sykes point shooting.
This has nothing to do with the P&S system provided by OK JOE.
I do not recommend pulling the trigger with the middle finger.
THAT IS NOT POINT SHOOTING!!!!
Please use the normal trigger finger when using my outline as a base.
