POCKET HOLSTER FOR KAHR MK9

I am looking for recomendations for pocket holsters for a Kahr MK9 . So far I am leaning towards the one sold by Kahr themselves at their accessory shop. I would primarily use it in the back pocket.

After getting no recommendations I went ahead and ordered this Kahr holster. It is inovative in that it can be switched from left to right or back. However, the smooth leather (very slick) appears to make a poor choice for a pocket holster. I plan on sending it back and continuing my search...

I may stick with a SOB holster for the Kahr and restrict pocket carry to my KelTec P32.

Being so darned happy with my RJ Hedley back pocket holster for my Kel-Tec P32, I would think one for the MK9 would be an excellent choice. Of course, RJ doesn't currently MAKE one for the Kahr, but maybe if we all ask him nicely???

I'll definitely be in the market for a pocket holster of the Kahr persuasion once the polymer Micro 9 shows it's face.

I'm very pleased with the pocket holster products Sam Andrews makes:

I carry my P 32 in an Andrews Pocket Holster, and use his McDaniel special for my primary gun.

Unfortunately, he's a custom manufacturer, and he hasn't made any for the MK9 lately, well at least since I bought mine (just my luck). I'll buy one from him when he makes one. He did have a wallet style holster in stock for the MK9 and it fit very well. I just don't like back pocket style holsters. I have a couple, but never got used to sitting on a gun. :)

I'm carrying my MK9 for now in a High Noon "Pocket Grabber" holster:

Not that looks matter, I think the rubber anti slip coating looks silly, workmanship and quality isn't nearly as good, and it doesn't fit nearly as well as an Andrews product, BUT the High Noon product *is* readily available, where his aren't. I'm into instant gratification.... so I'll eventually own both.

Sorry I didn't see your post earlier, hope I was able to help a little.

Uncle Mikes is okie dokie.

I have carried a G26, G27, Smith 342 and now a MK9 all in the same size 4 Uncle Mikes pocket holster. Actually the size 4 is too big for the MK9 so I will get a smaller one. Nothing fancy, but effective and less than $10.
