I would recommend a short strap on the forearm area to keep your non-trigger hand from accidentally proceeding in front of the barrel.

My buddy Jeff has a Serbu .50, and it's an amazing piece of...steel. That's about all there is on it, except a recoil pad and an AR-style grip. I have to say, after shooting that, I'm very impressed with Serbu.

I posted three videos. Although i fast forwarded it, i am sure you are talking about the first video. Those guys seem like "characters" for sure!
