Plz Offer Opinions on my 9mm Choices

Im new to the handgun world so any advice/experiances ect are appriciated.
This gun will be used 90% at the range and maybe 10% carry if I ever feel the need.
Plz let me know your choice and why, and if you have any experiance with the particular firearm.
All of these are between $415-$500, and are midsize frames.

I would rate the Sig and the XD as top choices. The Smith won't do you wrong either. So any one you purchased you would not go wrong.

If you have a range that rents guns close by I would suggest renting them and firing them before buying.
