I found it surprising it is not a monotonically decreasing function.

I wish there was velocities attached to your chart, I have noticed over the years that there seems to be certain bullet weights vs powder charge that just doesn't seem to be as efficient as others in the same caliber and powder type.

The only difference seems to be the particular bullet weight.

Maybe its my imagination and I never dove deep enough into it to validate it.
