Please jog my memory--LOP

I'm furiously shopping for replacement stock for my 308. It has been so long since the last rifle shopping trip that I forgot--is the length of pull on a rifle the distance measured from the front of the trigger to the end of the rear stock? Thanx ahead o' time.

Length of pull is usually 13 1/2" on a gun; you are cottect on your measurement - This fits the vast majority of shooters.

Strictly, I think it is from the center of the trigger curve to the center of the buttplate. That handles those excessively curved (crescent) buttplates.
