Interested in the approximate age of this piece and the value of the following two guns.
1)A chrome plated derringer CAL 22, serial no. 3269. The only marking is "Double Deuce U.S.A." on the top. Grips are plastic.
2)A western style pistol CAL 22, EIG model E4 manufactured in Germany. Serial #212217.
Frame appears to be aluminum, the barrel appears to be steel. Grips are plastic with a EIG symbol at the top.

Eig imported thousands of revolvers from Europe. Most were, to put it charitably, not of the highest quality. As I recall the frame on that gun is a zinc alloy, not aluminum, and is soft. Those guns will work for a while but then simply wear out. When they do, they are not worth fixing and no parts are available.

The derrigner is little better quality. If both barrels fire, you are lucky. Again, it was one of those guns which was made for a while, but I don't think the company is in business any more. Same problem with parts.
