Please identify this upper/bolt & twist rate

I bought this used rifle a week ago and have yet to shoot it. The gunstore owner told me it is a Sabre Defence with 1 in 9" twist.
However, I can't find any Sabre markings on the upper, bolt or barrel. I tried to look for pictures of common Sabre markings but none of them seem to match my rifle. The lower is clearly a Sabre, but I am starting to have doubts about the upper, including the bold assembly and barrel. It has been suggested to me that the "07" marking on the barrel is the manufacturing date. I have been shooting for years but am fairly new in the ar15 world.

So, can anyone identify this rifle for me and the rate of twist it has?
I will be shooting PMC 55gr FMJ-BT Bronze Line.

These are ALL the markings I could find.

You might have to stick a bore brush and rod down the bore, mark it, push or pull it until it makes a 360, then measure how far it goes to turn the rod all the way around

I know the trick with the cleaning rod, thanks for the tip.
I suspect this rifle was made by the UK part of Sabre, but I can't find any more information.
