Please help me identify Beretta.

I went to a local pawn shop and they had an almost new beretta that looks as follows

K Kote Slide marked Beretta USA and with the letter PS inside a Shield

Thick stainless barrel

It only comes with a ten rounder but the price is $ 360.00

Is this a Phrobis Beretta or just a put toghetee Clunker?

The "P" on my Beretta 8040 stands for Pietro. Is there a model number on it? What caliber?
 
is it a 92 series gun? My 92FS made in the US has i believe a PB inside the shield but i may have forgoten what it says since its not right next to me.

Yes it has all the other marks and it is made in the USA.
