Thanks YZR, I am really proud of how the Sig looks now. I had sold it to a friend years ago, and he polished off the black of the slide to a mirror finish. I had it bead blasted when I got it back and put a slight polish to it to get the results you see in the picture.

Sig looks great...I had a Sig P239 in 9mm a while back, but I just couldn't get used to the grip ergomonics; tried again a while later with another one that was in .40 S&W with an extra .357 Sig barrel...again I couldn't get used to the grip ergonomics; :mad:

found out through trial and error that I shoot revolvers more consistently and that's what I'm sticking with; seeing your Ruger SP101 makes me want to get one in .357 mag with a 3" barrel; :D

I really like the SP101. I thought about the three inch barrel, but decided on the shorter one for CCW. If you get one check it over good. Ruger has had alittle problem with barrels not turned all the way. I had to send mine back to Ruger, but it is perfect now.
 
thanks for the heads up; I have bought, sold, or traded several Ruger revolvers over the past few years...haven't heard about barrel alignment problems...I'll have to check the GP100 I currently own
 
I just got a new lens for my Nikon D90. I decided to give it a test, and took this pic of my Kahr PM9, with the new Crimson Trace Laserguard that I just bought installed on it:
