Okay, got a stupid question:
The BoR's are for the entire people of the U.S. (and the world but that's another topic). The ACLU (whom I don't like but use them to make my point) sues schools for violating kids Rights, such as privacy, association, religion, illegal search/seizure, etc.. So, kids are afforded thier Rights under the BoR's.... except for the 2nd. After reading the Constitution and the BoR's, the only age factor I've seen is the 16 to 45 years of age depicting the militia (being a member). SO, do kids / children have Rights or do they not have Rights? If they have Rights, why the age limit to enjoy their Rights? Why are some Rights active at birth while others are subjected to an age? Just thinking too much for a Sunday.. it's raining and cold so I'm bored.
