Bad storms hit my area, more are due today and tomorrow. Gale and Elmer must be having a shoot off. My grandchildren will hear of this.

They don't make 'em like they used to. The idea of "character" is somehow a quaint concept in modern times, but a lot of those old timers had it in spades (probably without even being aware of it). Sometimes it seems we're running out of "good guys."
