That's a beautiful Hawken. I have a T/C Hawken at home that will be getting a new Green Mountain 21" barrel when this deployment is over. The thought of a 1 in 24" twist shorty Hawken brush gun just gives me goose bumps.
I'm not so big a fan of brass revolvers aesthetically, but the brass highlights on a Hawken, especially when they show a wee bit of age-tarnish, are just gorgeous.
Your's is very nice, and I hope you enjoy it often. Makes me miss mine now.
