For some reason I have this "thing" where I like sets of guns that sort of match.

Stainless .22's (I use these primarily in Ruger Rimfire matches Open Division)

Stainless 10/22 All-weather and original 22/45's (pre-mkIII) stainless. Primary Arms optics. Upgraded extractors (all around) and mag release on 10/22. Extended charging handle on the 10/22. Tech Sights co-witnessed through the PA optic.

Plain Jane .22's (I use these primarily in Ruger Rimfire matches Limited Division)

(only modifications are to extractor and mag release along with fiber optic sights on both guns)

These are for when I'm in a Mall-Ninja mood :p:

1967 Ruger 10/22

Here is My recently aquired ( from B-I-L ) 1967 Ruger 10/22 wearing the original overton walnut stock. When I bought it from B-I-L it look as if it used by the Swamp people. About 40 coats ( or more stopped counting LOL ) of Howards Feed & Wax really brought the stock out.

Only one real answer to the above for me.... ALL.

10/22s are kind of like Lays Potato chips...you can't just have one.

as for e-mishka's question above about the stock in the picture before... that looks like and ATI stock to me....

back to scope, red dot or Iron .... they all have their place and with a 10/22 you can learn to develop better skills with any of them.

I've posted these before but, I haven't had a chance to take any newer pics.
