I'm not real wild about the way they did the magazine release on it. Don't get me wrong, it's a great improvment, but the current mag release looks a bit like a short cut.
What does the other side look like, with and without the adaptor in place?

I don't know what adapter you are talking about.. if you mean the replacement magwell, it is not really an adapter, since the original magwell is discarded, and repalced with this unit.
I don't have a pic of the gun without the new magwell, but I do have one with it:
I'm sure more pics will surface as more and more guys get this done.
