Pic that shows barrel length and their muzzle velocities?

Someone posted a pic that had to do with barrel length and muzzel velocity. I had made a comment that it appeared that the 21.5" barrel from the bullpup was in between the 24" & 26" barrel in velocity. I was trying to understand how a 24" barrel can have more velocity than a 20" barrel, but less than a 21.5" barrel?
I hope someone can answer, or point me to that topic.

Thanks!

Not sure about the pic your refering too, but if it was accurate it is possible. Due to diminsional tolerances in barrels some will shoot "fast" and some "slow" I have seen some 24 inch barrels shoot faster than 26 inch ones due to this (but it's rare). The interesting thing is that there seems to be a dispute over what causes this, some claim a barrel with internal dimisions on the tight side increases velocity by raising the pressure on the round as it goes down the tube (just like adding more powder would do). Others claim just the opposite stating that "fast" barrels are actually oversize thus not creating as much friction for the bullet to overcome when going down the bore.

Don't have a clue who's right maybe someone more tech oriented will chime in.
