Didn't mean to be suggestive. I'm looking to outfit a (near future) 700 VS with a scope. Of course I've looked at Leupold, a couple of the Tasco scopes, Burris, B&L, and Springfield.
Here's the punch-line: I've got a couple of leads on some Unertl scopes. One's a 15X and there are others in the 6X to 10X area. I've heard nothing bad about them, and the price is comporable.
Aside from looking odd, (or cool, depending), and maybe needing a Ph.D. in engineering to operate, why SHOULDN'T I consider these options?
