My 14yr old son and I went to KS to do alitte PD shooting......The weather was really bad. But he got his 1st dog from about 150yds with my Win70 in
.223 .Called coyotes the second day saw one but he was a smart one would come in close for a shot.
That's awesome. We are getting more and more coyotes up here in central Ohio. I think it's time for me to put them in my hunted column. Time for some research.
Looks like fun. The snow in western Nebraska kind of put an end to the PD season here as well. Looks windy and cold in your pix, but looks like a lot of fun.
I've had a blast over the last few weeks shooting the groundhogs (the PD's fat cousin). Even though it's been cool 50ish, they've still been active....well until the .223 slug hits em in the nugget
Nope.......My scoped Win70..He just like to carry around the AR...He been shooting with me since he was 7yrs old. The AR and my Colt45 are his favorite two guns he like to shoot.
I hope you guy's have been informed about the VARMENT HUNTERS MAGAZINE -Lotts of good info for the shooter who likes the little target at a long distance. about $25.00 per year, gets you a great magazine every three months or so. have fun charlie sierra
