PawnShop PC.

Went by one of the local pawnshops here in San Antonio. I like to shop for firearms-especially looking for older non-PC toys. ;)

So I go into A-Z Pawn, they have several locations but his one is closest...I see the rifles on the back wall and go for a look-see. There is one in the back kinda looks like an SKS.

I ask the guy at the counter if it was an SKS to which he replies "No sir, we don't carry 'Assault Weapons' here..."

I looked him dead in the eye and grinned replying- "You mean you don't carry rifles with detacheable magazines?"

He just looked back with the 'moron' look on his face...so I asked if they carry handguns..."Nope."

On the way out I told him I thought the place was closed and am glad there is a non-PC shop 1 mile up the road that DOES carry handguns and which I have one on layaway.

Sooo....A-Z pawns aren't worth shopping at, FWIW. :)

yeah they are all franchises and under franchise rules. Kinda like the 7-11 policy to not fire back when you get robbed. That is the majority of corporate america. Take your money somewhere else. Somewhere where you will be appreciated.

That's odd, there's a shop in downtown Phoenix called the Jewelry Box with a Striker-12 on the shelf... Definitely not PC. :) They have about as many guns as some dealers in town, too.
