Past Prices on Handguns

I have a couple of used Ruger handguns that I was wondering if I could find out what the new price of the gun was when it was first offered. I know I can get the manufactured date thru Ruger, but how can I find out what it cost back then?

Old Gun Digests are a handy source of info for manufacturer suggested retail prices or old catalogs.

I have a good GD library, just list the makes and models and I can probably help you if they are younger than 1950. I don't have many GD's after 2000.
